Job Description

Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of MDM solutions (CMDM, SMDM, Multi-domain MDM). Capture and analyze requirements to architect robust technical solutions. Coordinate with users and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Debug and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance to team members. Prepare and communicate risk assessments in daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management. Direct and support the team throughout the end-to-end data delivery process. Fine-tune solution approaches and provide technical assistance to the team. Monitor system health and take corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Master Data Management (MDM) projects
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required
  • Experience with system set-up, user group and privilege setup, data modeling, attribute groups, data containers, references, and UI configurations
  • Experience with integration endpoints (SOAP, REST, IDOC), workflow configuration, business rules, and scripting (JavaScript/Rhino)
  • Experience with export/import configurations, XSL transformations, XML creation, packaging hierarchies, and bulk data update
  • Experience with golden records matching and linking, and various MDM implementation techniques
  • Experience with technical leadership and team coordination
  • Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems in complex environments
