Job Description:

We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator to join our Global Master Data Operations (GMDO) team. This role plays a strategic part in ensuring the readiness, integrity, and quality of master data before it is migrated into the global supply network. As a key link between Business Data Owners (BDOs) and Data Content Owners (DCOs), you will be responsible for coordinating, validating, and maintaining critical master data that enables global supply chain and manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the main point of contact between Business Data Owners (BDOs) and Data Content Owners (DCOs), coordinating data collection, validation, and readiness for migration
  • Perform end-to-end master data maintenance within SAP ECC / SAP S4 HANA, including: Material Masters
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Master Recipes / Routings
  • Source Lists
  • Info Records
  • Other related master data objects as required
  • Manage the intake, tracking, and progression of master data requests from initial submission through final system entry and business sign-off
  • Ensure all master data maintenance activities comply with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), regulatory requirements, and “Right First Time” data quality standards
  • Identify master data issues, perform root cause analysis, and execute technical corrections in collaboration with global functional and technical experts
  • Support the sustainment of global master data maintenance systems and operational processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or specialized diploma, or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Master Data maintenance
  • Solid experience working within Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations, preferably in a global and GxP-regulated environment
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S4 HANA master data objects
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of data maintenance requests while meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with global stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
