In this position, you will coordinate and execute daily activities across the full master data lifecycle, covering records such as Material, Vendor, Service, and Plant objects. Job Responsibility
Coordinate and execute daily activities across the full master data lifecycle, covering records such as Material, Vendor, Service, and Plant objects
Handle data intake requests, apply rigorous fraud-prevention validations, and perform continuous cleanup to manage data duplicate or obsolescence issues
Create and maintain master data objects (Material, Vendor, Service, Plant) using SAP, WinShuttle, Ariba, and MDM toolsets
Manage incoming intake requests with a strong customer service focus, ensuring timely communication and stakeholder satisfaction
Coordinate closely with requestors to gather complete and accurate master data and vendor onboarding information for system entry
Ensure precise vendor setups, verifying critical elements such as payment terms, banking details, invoicing requirements, and procurement controls
Apply strict fraud prevention controls when validating sensitive modifications to vendor records
Support high data integrity by executing data validations, completeness reviews, and thorough duplicate checks prior to system entry
Perform periodic audits and monitor data quality trends, compliance reporting, and duplicate/obsolescence management
Maintain absolute alignment with MDM standards, governance frameworks, approval matrices, corporate policies, and data dictionaries
Identify, investigate, and resolve vendor-related anomalies, including incorrect setups, data inconsistencies, and invoice mismatches
Leverage reporting and analytics to establish data maintenance cycles, identify gaps, and execute data cleanup initiatives
Support master data initiatives including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system configuration upgrades, and process design optimizations
Create and maintain process documentation, training programs, and knowledge transfer resources for business users
Support vendor enablement strategies, including Ariba network integrations and eCommerce platform data mapping
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain operations
Hands-on experience working with SAP and LSMW/WinShuttle toolsets
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with robust overall computer literacy
Strong attention to detail, exceptional accuracy, and the ability to manage a large volume of projects within tight deadlines
Good oral and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related functional field
Active enrollment in or completion of a Supply Chain certification designation (e.g., ASCM CPIM, CSCP, SCMA, SCMP)
Previous experience utilizing SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, or Fieldglass platforms
Practical work experience within specific supply chain streams such as maintenance planning, materials management, or warehousing operations
Demonstrated experience in training delivery or providing technical user support
