Join our Etex SSC Vilnius team! We're seeking someone to contribute to our success as a Master Data Analyst. This role involves handling Customer/Vendor/Product Data with a primary focus on data entry rather than analytics. While knowledge of SAP is advantageous, it's not a mandatory requirement, making this an excellent opportunity for those willing to learn. As a valuable team member, your responsibilities will include ensuring accuracy, supporting colleagues, generating reports, and improving data quality. We welcome candidates with a Bachelor's degree, experience in Master Data Management, good English communication skills. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform activities related to Customer and Vendor Master Data management: process, follow-up and ensure the completion of the business requests related to (mass) creation and maintenance of Customer/Vendor Master Data in different applications
  • guide business users and other colleagues through the procedures and documentation, provide pertinent explanation and accurate information
  • follow the processes related to the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data, ensure the consistency and up to date documentation
  • generate data reports upon on business and management’s request
  • Improve the quality and accuracy of Master Data by following-up monthly reports, participating in routine audits, data cleansing activities, tools testing and other related projects implementation
  • Communicate and collaborate with other Customer/Vendor/ Master Data Specialists on a global level, work closely with other departments and troubleshoot the issues related to Master Data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration or equivalent
  • Master Data Management (administration, customer service) experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of SAP platform would be an advantage
  • Basic statistical and relational analysis skills including sound logical reasoning
  • A good eye for details, ability to analyse and resolve multiple questions, activities and problems independently
  • Team player whose generates ideas of the improvements and participates in its implementation
  • Ability to select and consistently apply standard policies and procedures
  • Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook

Nice to have:

  • Master Data Management (administration, customer service) experience in a multinational environment
  • Knowledge of SAP platform
