Requirements

  • Minimum 10–15 years of professional carpentry experience
  • Expert-level skills in framing, trim/molding, cabinetry installation, and structural repairs (including decks and rot repair)
  • Ability to "dry crawl" a project—estimating materials, planning the layout, and executing from start to finish without supervision
  • Must possess a full suite of professional-grade power and hand tools
  • Ability to document work, take clear "before and after" photos, and use basic tablet/smartphone apps for job tracking
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on roofs (including two-story tarping or repairs)
  • Live in the area

Willingness to handle smaller "handyman" tasks between large carpentry projects
