Extensive experience as a baker, with a strong background in a commissary or commercial bakery setting
In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

Job Responsibility

Oversee the preparation and baking of a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards

Ensure all baked goods meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
