Join a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, as we expand our affiliate network and drive trading volume growth through strategic partnerships. The Master Affiliate will serve as a senior-level partner in driving user acquisition, trading volume, and brand growth for the company’s cryptocurrency platform through a multi-tiered affiliate strategy. This includes recruiting and managing sub-affiliates, optimizing traffic, and providing strategic insights into performance enhancement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Source and recruit local affiliates in their target country/region
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners
  • Drive trading volume growth through affiliate network
  • Provide ongoing support to recruited affiliates
  • Manage sub-affiliates, hiring sub-affiliate
  • Invite sub-affiliates to join and expand network reach and capacity
  • Monitor and optimize sub-affiliate performance and compliance
  • Develop strategies to help affiliates achieve and exceed volume targets
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Maintain ROI-positive operations while scaling the network

Requirements:

  • Flexibility for hunters showing strong potential but not hitting exact numbers
  • Proven track record of both quantitative results and qualitative execution
  • Previous experience with cryptocurrency exchanges (Bitget, Binance, OKX, etc.)
  • Or Familiar with p2p etc (additional)
  • Preferred: Existing network in target country/region (Caribbean priority)
  • Desirable: Proven track record in affiliate marketing or business development
