Massage Therapist

• Undertake other duties and responsibilities which are within the overall scope of the position
• Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform/attire
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
• Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
• Comply with local legislation
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments
• Respond to changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel
• Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Attend training and meetings as required
• Ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards and taking corrective action
• Assist the Spa reception by escorting guests and providing orientation
• Assist in the selling of retail items
• Assist the Spa Attendants in retrieving/stocking/folding and tidying Locker Rooms and other guest areas
• Respond properly to any hotel emergency or safety situation
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff

• Valid Florida MT license
• Minimum of one year previous experience in a luxury Spa environment
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule able to work day and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed
• At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization
• Hotel or restaurant experience preferred
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• High school education or equivalent experience
