Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now. Since then, our mission has been to create moments of happiness every day and share them with our guests, in nearly 70 Premium and Exclusive Collection Resorts located in the most beautiful destinations in the world. To make this happen, we have something others don’t: the Club Med Spirit and our five core values of kindness, multiculturalism, responsibility, freedom and a pioneering spirit. Today, Club Med is the world leader in premium all‑inclusive holidays. We are more than 25,000 Gentle Organizers (G.O) and Gentle Employees (G.E) from over 110 nationalities and cultures, working in Resorts, offices and agencies across more than 40 countries. You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O). As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories. Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
