Job Responsibility:

Performing Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
Looking after clients' experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly
Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa
Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system
Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene…)
Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided
Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date
Supporting stock control

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage
At least 1 year of practical work experience within a similar role and location performing body massages and facials
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments
Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa
