The Massage Therapist (Dual License in Esthetics is Preferred) is responsible for delivering professional, therapeutic, and rejuvenating massage and facial treatments to guests and members in accordance with spa protocols and guest preferences. This position ensures the highest level of customer service, safety, and satisfaction while maintaining a clean, stocked, and professional work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Perform various massage, facial, and body treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and specialty services, as trained and certified
Consult with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and any medical concerns
Customize massage sessions based on individual guest needs and preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas before, during, and after each service
Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, including proper cleaning and sterilization of tools and linens
Promote spa services and wellness offerings to guests when appropriate
Keep accurate treatment records and client notes in accordance with spa standards
Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends
Maintain confidentiality of all guest and proprietary information
Arrive on time for shifts and appointments and ensure the schedule is managed efficiently
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
500+ hours from accredited Massage and/or 1200 hours Cosmologist School
Required current Florida Massage/ Esthetician license
Two (2) - five (5) years hands-on experience in massage and skincare preferred
Candidates will need to be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986
