Massage Therapist

• Perform various massage, facial, and body treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and specialty services, as trained and certified
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and any medical concerns
• Customize massage sessions based on individual guest needs and preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas before, during, and after each service
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, including proper cleaning and sterilization of tools and linens
• Promote spa services and wellness offerings to guests when appropriate
• Keep accurate treatment records and client notes in accordance with spa standards
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends
• Maintain confidentiality of all guest and proprietary information
• Arrive on time for shifts and appointments and ensure the schedule is managed efficiently

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 500+ hours from accredited Massage and/or 1200 hours Cosmologist School
• Required current Florida Massage/ Esthetician license
• Two (2) - five (5) years hands-on experience in massage and skincare preferred
• Candidates will need to be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986
