Our Massage Therapist will deliver personalized and therapeutic treatments that rejuvenate, relax, and exceed the expectations of our guests. You will be an ambassador for our commitment to wellness, ensuring each guest experience is crafted with expertise, warmth, and the finest attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform/attire
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department personal appearance standards
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
To comply with local legislation as required
To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule
To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel
To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs
To attend training and meetings as and when required
To ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards and taking corrective action
Assist the Spa reception by escorting guests to the appropriate locker rooms and providing an orientation of the area and amenities
Assist in the selling of retail items
Assist the Spa Attendants in retrieving/stocking/folding and generally tidying Locker Rooms and other guest areas
Respond properly to any hotel emergency or safety situation
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management
Requirements:
Minimum of two years' professional experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment
Solid knowledge of a wide range of massage techniques and treatment protocols, with the ability to personalize services based on guest needs
A warm, welcoming demeanor and a consistently positive attitude, reflecting the Four Seasons commitment to excellence
Impeccable grooming standards and a professional appearance at all times
Physical stamina and strength to perform multiple treatments daily and meet the essential physical functions of the role
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business demands
Legal authorization to work in Spain
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills to ensure seamless guest interaction
