Job Description:

To perform a professional and relaxed massage to all clients which includes a variety of specialty treatments. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort and comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform a professional and relaxed massage to all clients which includes a variety of specialty treatments
  • Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort and comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and managers
  • Provide a service to all guests, with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, while keeping them informed of the treatment process
  • the marketing of retail items and products
  • utilize the Spa Software program, which includes retrieving their appointments
  • Practice and follow all Department of Professional Regulation policies and procedures, including all sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and professional treatment and, prep room
  • Retrieving, preparing and monitoring linens
  • prepare the work area with necessary supplies
  • communicate with Managers to prepare requisition sheets for supplies
  • set up and breakdown treatment area as well as turning on and off lights

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in luxury hotel
  • Massage license is current as per state law
  • This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position
  • Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English is required
