Job Responsibility:
Performs exceptional massages and body treatments through a variety of modalities
Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
Educates guests on the benefits of the service performed and recommend retail products
Consistently increases guest retention by building relationships and by increasing pre-bookings
Greets guests in a timely and friendly fashion and ensures guests are comfortable throughout their Woodhouse experience
Demonstrates exceptional customer service to exceed guest expectations
Stays up to date on various techniques and services via classes and seminars
Requirements:
1-2 years of Massage Therapy experience preferred
Must have appropriate State/County/City Massage Therapy License
Must be able to work at least one weekend shift
Strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building skills
