Current massage therapy licensure in good standing, as required by state and local regulations
Professional training in massage therapy with demonstrated hands-on experience

Excellent communication, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions

Job Responsibility

Deliver high-quality massage services tailored to each guest’s needs, preferences, and wellness goals
Conduct thorough pre-service consultations to assess guest concerns, preferences, and any contraindications
Maintain a calm, welcoming, and private treatment environment that reflects a premium guest experience
Apply a strong understanding of anatomy, technique, and therapeutic best practices in every session
Uphold sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards for treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies
Document services appropriately and communicate professionally with spa and hospitality team members
Promote additional wellness offerings and support guest engagement in a thoughtful, service-oriented manner
Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
