Must have the ability to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and reflexology massage
Must be able to participate to all training offered by the spa
Must have the ability to listen and understand guest needs, respect guest privacy, create an exceptional, customized and professional experience to our guests

Job Responsibility

The ability to follow proper payroll procedures
The ability to be on time and conscientious, keep the spa management informed in case of issues or tardiness
The ability to ensure cleanliness of his/her uniform
The ability to do indoor massage
The ability to provide a courteous, professional and warm attitude towards guests, leads, supervisors, managers and co-workers
The Ability to comply with hygiene and safety rules, quality criteria and procedures within the department
The Ability to be subject to a testing standard/mystery shopper
The ability to utilize the logbook and schedule chart
