Flockhill Lodge is a world-class alpine lodge in the heart of the South Island’s Southern Alps. We’re based 90 minutes’ drive from Christchurch, with staff accommodation available. With an uncompromising focus on quality and experience, we offer guests exceptional alpine adventures, warm hospitality, and an unforgettable sense of place. We have a beautiful purpose-built spa on site and are looking for 2 x qualified Massage Therapists who can create serene, transformative experiences for our guests. We have two positions: Permanent commencing in August, and Fixed Term November to April. Both roles are a minimum of 60 hours per fortnight.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality treatments that help guests relax, restore, and recharge
  • Provide a range of massage therapies and wellness treatments in a calm, professional manner
  • Maintain a tranquil and welcoming treatment space

Requirements

  • A recognised qualification in Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy (Level 4 or higher preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience delivering treatments in a spa, clinic, or wellness setting
  • Skilled in a range of massage techniques, with a commitment to exceptional guest care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A calm, professional, and proactive approach
