Job Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files to ensure compliance with firm standards and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with attorneys and internal departments to facilitate the efficient progression of cases
  • Monitor and track case milestones while ensuring all records are organized and easily accessible
  • Draft and prepare client correspondence, case-related documentation, and other forms of communication as needed
  • Utilize case management software to streamline workflows and maintain detailed case histories
  • Support attorneys with discovery and trial preparation tasks to ensure readiness for litigation

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in Mass Tort or Personal Injury matters, with a strong foundation in client management
  • Proficiency in case management software and familiarity with litigation processes
