Mass Tort Paralegal

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive, compassionate, and professional communication throughout the life of the case
• Manage client intake, collect and organize medical records and supporting documentation, and maintain comprehensive case files
• Coordinate closely with attorneys and internal departments to ensure efficient case progression and timely processing of information
• Track case milestones and maintain organized, compliant records in accordance with firm standards
• Prepare client correspondence and assist with case-related documentation as needed

• At least one year of experience as a paralegal, preferably in mass tort or personal injury cases
• Proficiency in case management software and litigation processes
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
• Familiarity with discovery and trial preparation procedures
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and manage multiple priorities

Spanish fluency is highly preferred
