Job Responsibility

Efficiently manage case workflow within our electronic case management system
Draft and prepare lawsuit initiating pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents
Coordinate and schedule depositions, trials, meetings, and conference calls with attorneys
Communicate effectively with clients to gather relevant case information and provide timely updates
Review cases for attorney review and filing, ensuring all documents are served in a timely manner
File cases in both state and federal courts, adhering to all court orders
Keep track of and meet all deadlines for statutes of limitations and other case-related matters
Prepare and submit Plaintiff Fact Sheets and/or Plaintiff Profile Forms
Provide comprehensive support to attorneys and senior paralegals
Document all events and communications accurately and consistently within the case management system
