Job Description:

We are looking for a Mass Tort Client Paralegal to support a busy legal team handling high-volume casework in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a Contract position offering remote work, suited for someone who is comfortable engaging with clients, reviewing medical documentation, and helping move litigation matters forward. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and organize medical records to identify relevant case details and support legal documentation needs
  • Communicate with clients regularly to gather information, provide updates, and help maintain a positive client experience
  • Assist attorneys with discovery activities by preparing materials, tracking deadlines, and organizing responses
  • Support civil litigation matters through document management, case file maintenance, and coordination of required records
  • Help prepare cases for trial by compiling exhibits, summarizing information, and ensuring materials are ready for attorney review
  • Manage a large volume of active matters while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely follow-up
  • Use case management software to update records, monitor case progress, and keep documentation current

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a paralegal or legal support role, preferably within mass tort or litigation-focused environments
  • Demonstrated ability to review medical records and extract key information relevant to legal matters
  • Experience working directly with clients in a detail-oriented, responsive, and service-oriented manner
  • Comfortable handling a high-volume workload while staying organized and meeting deadlines
  • Working knowledge of discovery processes, civil litigation procedures, and trial preparation support
  • Proficiency with case management software and general legal file organization
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Paralegal training or related legal support experience is preferred
