Gathers and translates insights from home visit interviews into locally relevant, functional, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations and reflect home furnishing the IKEA way. • Works with the market area and central teams to guarantee IKEA brand and distance IKEA retailers from the competition, initiates and facilitates all the process of the working method for presenting the IKEA range that leads the store team to a relevant, sustainable, and inspiring range presentation, an optimal store layout, and effective and efficient store communication. • Ensures a better understanding of the local customer, market and community to enable a better local connection to the store experience, solutions, and commercial calendar. • Contributes to a great meeting with the customer in all sales channels by ensuring a consistently high availability of our offer, with high quality and at lowest possible total cost.
