We are looking for a hands-on and proactive MarTech Specialist to join our growing Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will be the technical owner of our core marketing stack, ensuring our tools are integrated, scalable, and fully utilized to drive growth. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our marketing infrastructure supports Aiven’s mission to make open-source infrastructure accessible to everyone.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the technical administrator for our core platforms (Marketing Automation, CRM connectors), managing user roles, security protocols, and overall system health
Design and maintain seamless data flows between our MarTech tools, CRM (Salesforce), and Data Warehouse to ensure a 'single source of truth' for marketing data
Support the marketing team in executing digital activities while proactively identifying and fixing technical bottlenecks or data sync errors
Act as an internal consultant for cross-functional teams, helping them understand how to leverage our technology to achieve their campaign goals
Stay ahead of MarTech trends to identify new opportunities and tools that can improve our efficiency and scalability
Ensure our stack remains compliant with global data regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation and process maps
Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing operations or a technical marketing role
Deep proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement, HubSpot, or Marketo)
Solid understanding of Salesforce object models
A strong understanding of database structures, API integrations, and web development basics (CMS tools, HTML/CSS)
Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and a passion for data-driven decision-making
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business impact
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business Intelligence, or a related field
Fluency in English is a must
