Job Description

Deliver hyper -personalised digital experiences across the E2E customer lifecycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for the MarTech and Personalization platforms, with the goal of delivering easy, engaging, and hyper-personalised digital experiences across the end-to-end customer lifecycle
  • Working closely with vendors to inform strategy and roadmap that’s aligned with overall business objectives
  • Keeping the pulse on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer value
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and iteration
  • Deeply understand the needs and pain points of both customers and internal teams
  • Advocate for customer-centric design and development
  • Prioritise usability and accessibility
  • Utilise a wealth of customer data to establish a foundation for 'data-driven segmentation' and decision-making
  • Implement predictive analytics
  • Lead scoring to drive more relevant and engaging marketing campaigns
  • Define and track key metrics to measure the success and growth of BIG W online
  • Optimise product features and functionality to enhance platform performance and drive business outcomes
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • A proven track record in product management within an e-commerce environment, ideally with direct experience in martech platforms like Insider, Braze etc.
  • Proven track record for delivering high impact initiatives
  • Understand and advocate for customer needs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Out of the box thinking and solution oriented mindset
  • Experience integrating 'AI-powered marketing automation' and machine learning to optimise campaigns and automate complex processes
