Deliver hyper -personalised digital experiences across the E2E customer lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for the MarTech and Personalization platforms, with the goal of delivering easy, engaging, and hyper-personalised digital experiences across the end-to-end customer lifecycle
Working closely with vendors to inform strategy and roadmap that’s aligned with overall business objectives
Keeping the pulse on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs
Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer value
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and iteration
Deeply understand the needs and pain points of both customers and internal teams
Advocate for customer-centric design and development
Prioritise usability and accessibility
Utilise a wealth of customer data to establish a foundation for 'data-driven segmentation' and decision-making
Implement predictive analytics
Lead scoring to drive more relevant and engaging marketing campaigns
Define and track key metrics to measure the success and growth of BIG W online
Optimise product features and functionality to enhance platform performance and drive business outcomes
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
Requirements:
A proven track record in product management within an e-commerce environment, ideally with direct experience in martech platforms like Insider, Braze etc.
Proven track record for delivering high impact initiatives
Understand and advocate for customer needs
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Stakeholder management experience
Out of the box thinking and solution oriented mindset
Experience integrating 'AI-powered marketing automation' and machine learning to optimise campaigns and automate complex processes
