Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Martech professional to lead the integration, optimisation, and strategic use of multiple B2B marketing technology platforms. Acting as the key connection between business, technology teams, and platform providers, the role focuses on ensuring platforms deliver measurable value and align with evolving business goals. The position also includes product ownership responsibilities, driving platform enhancements, managing delivery backlogs, and supporting the successful execution of marketing transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of marketing technology platforms
  • Act as product owner for multiple platforms, managing backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritising based on business value
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and technology teams to gather requirements and align initiatives
  • Partner with vendors, contributing to contract discussions, service agreements, and capability enhancements
  • Monitor platform performance using data-driven insights to identify improvements and maximise return on investment
  • Support change management processes and ensure timely delivery of platform updates and releases
  • Drive adoption and operational excellence across platforms within Group and local markets

Requirements

  • Experienced in marketing technology platforms, including web, social, and marketing automation ecosystems
  • Skilled in product ownership with strong backlog management and prioritisation capabilities
  • Confident in translating technical concepts into clear business language for diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional environments
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to changing business priorities
  • Experienced in vendor management, including performance evaluation and partnership development
  • Brings at least 5 years of product ownership experience within Agile delivery environments
  • Has experience managing marketing technology platforms and developing related roadmaps
  • Demonstrates strong analytical capability, using data to inform decisions and improvements
  • Holds commercial experience in marketing or product-focused roles
