Join our team as a Marriage and Family Therapist, where your expertise will empower individuals and families to overcome challenges and foster lasting, positive change. In this unique role, you'll not only apply your clinical skills but also contribute to training AI systems, helping to enhance technology that supports mental health care.

Job Responsibility

  • Encourage clients and their families to develop practical skills and strategies to address conflicts and life challenges constructively
  • Conduct insightful interviews and ask targeted questions to help clients identify, express, and understand their feelings and behaviors
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to address family dynamics, behavioral patterns, and personal growth
  • Maintain meticulous case files, including progress notes, evaluations, activities, and well-founded recommendations
  • Provide guidance on issues such as unsatisfactory relationships, separation and divorce, parenting, home management, and financial stressors
  • Train and refine AI tools by inputting your professional insights and feedback, contributing to the advancement of mental health technologies
  • Engage in regular communication with colleagues and leadership, ensuring clarity and collaboration within a remote environment

Requirements

  • Expertise in American Medical Billing Software PMA, EZ2Bill Confidant, EZClaim medical billing software, Microsoft Outlook, Advantage Software Psych Advantage, eMDs Medisoft, SumTime Software, Synergistic Office Solutions (SOS) Case Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and virtual communication platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrating empathy and clarity in all professional interactions
  • Experience maintaining detailed clinical documentation and case files in compliance with ethical and legal standards
  • Ability to create and execute individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
  • Comfort working in a remote setting, leveraging digital tools for communication and collaboration
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-evolving, tech-enabled therapeutic environment
  • 2+ years experience

Nice to have

  • Prior experience supporting, training, or evaluating AI or technology-driven mental health platforms
  • Advanced certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, EMDR, systemic family therapy)
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
