• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability skills
• Proficient in utilizing presentation software platforms and CRM systems
• AI-driven tools are a plus
• Bachelor's preferred
• Must obtain a real estate license during training
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle
