2026 Markets Early Career Program at Wells Fargo seeking talent to join the Corporate and Investment Banking division. The program provides comprehensive training and the opportunity to work in Markets teams delivering capital markets products and solutions. Analysts will be placed in Municipal Products - Public Finance business, assisting with trading, risk management, client relationships, and market analysis.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the booking and management of the desk's daily trades
Work with experienced traders in pricing, executing and hedging risk positions from derivative transactions
Identify market trends
Support the daily business of trading, risk management, modeling and market-making
Collaborate and consult with internal partners and interact with clients
Understanding each clients' investment strategy and risk appetite to build long-term relationships
Assisting the trading desk in managing risk
Supporting senior sales representatives in building relationships with clients
Pricing and structuring customized investment strategies
Assisting with executing and booking trades
Using risk management tools to monitor trading positions and risk
Preparing research and strategy presentations
Providing analysis for accounts upon request
Requirements:
6+ months of Securities Sales Trading experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively and independently in a collaborative, change driven environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date
Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring future visa sponsorship

Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
Good quantitative analysis skills including statistics
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs

Demonstrated knowledge, interest and/or experience with financial markets, banking, or financial services industry
