A minimum of approximately five to ten (5-10) years of professional level business analysis experience related to computer systems, business, finance, human resources, marketing, or other business operations applications

Define and document functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, workflows, and process improvements
Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for system enhancements and business process optimization
Collaborate with end-users to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions
Partner with Project Managers to support project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project status updates
Act as a liaison between business units, IT development teams, and vendors to ensure project alignment and smooth execution
Support the PMO in risk identification, change management, and issue resolution
