Job Responsibility:
Reviewing final agreements for completeness
Extracting relevant legal and business data points
Assisting with counterparty diligence and execution of master agreements
Managing management information
Storing legal documents in Barclays’ central document repository
Maintain controls to ensure data elements captured from trading documentation accurately flow to downstream consumers
Ensure all regulatory requirements in relation to record retention are satisfied
Meet requirements of the Chief Data Office with respect to critical data points
Efficiently answering queries, data analysis & remediation, production of reporting and ad hoc project work
Requirements:
Experience with data management and analysis, document management systems and managing document repositories
Ability to navigate various IT systems used by the Legal function
Experience assisting with various research, remediation and ad hoc projects
Strong organization and communication skills
Tertiary/University or bachelor’s degree (LLB or equivalent) preferred
Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Flexible to work UK hours
