Job Description:

Markets Price Risk Data Execution team is looking for a Data Control Vice President to lead the implementation of 1st Line of Defense data controls in Price Risk, SA-CCR, FRTB. This role is part of the Markets Price and Credit Risk & Control Execution team as a first line cross-asset risk and control function.

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement daily controls to mitigate identified data risk
Analyze data control metrics
Escalate data quality issues
Lead issue remediation
Assess control operating effectiveness
Perform gap assessments
Identify and implement control enhancements
Drive standardized mechanisms to evidence controls
Understand data quality issues and end-to-end data flows
Support strategic data execution
Act as SME providing strategic data risk advisory
Provide centralized support on data related policy
Support regulatory and Internal Audit engagements

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Market Risk Management, Product Control or product valuation specialist
First Line and/or Second Line experience or consulting role
Experience with designing and monitoring key controls in a trading environment
Strong controls mindset
Attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Robust analytical problem-solving abilities
Experience dealing with regulators, Audit, Compliance
Proficiency with Excel
Knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, and other digital tools is a plus
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Master degree is a plus
