Job Description:

This pivotal Business Manager role is integral to maintaining a robust and resilient control environment across multiple desks and businesses within the Markets organization, spanning countries in the Middle East, Egypt, and Pakistan. The position enables sustainable business growth, facilitates strategic new initiatives and product expansion, and drives technology transformation across all asset classes within the Markets organization.

Job Responsibility:

Provide comprehensive updates on financial performance, market opportunities, and critical risk and control issues
Drive execution of business-driven projects
Contribute to advancements in technology, process optimization, and control framework
Develop and deliver insightful metrics and reporting
Advance existing control framework including Manager's Control Assessment testing
Oversee audit and compliance activities
Cultivate strong relationships with country product, business, and functional partners
Proactively identify and implement corrective actions for control-related issues

Requirements:

Relevant proven experience in financial markets
Demonstrated exposure to and understanding of financial markets products
Solid comprehension of the broader financial markets regulatory landscape
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive industry experience
Degree in Finance, Project Management, or Accounting is a plus
Master's degree is a plus
Professional financial industry certifications are beneficial
