In this role you will be responsible for balancing marketplace health for Retail verticals. You will need to drive long term courier pricing strategy, work closely with global product teams, and manage weekly core pricing and incentive tactics in order to meet CX and financial objectives. This is a crucial role to the Grocery and Retail business and has a direct impact on the P&L each week.
Job Responsibility:
Own the Retail delivery partner pricing strategy and day to day marketplace levers across core pricing and incentive campaigns
Monitor Retail specific supply class health and deploy acquisition campaigns to attract incremental delivery partners to Retail
Become a technical subject matter expert on all pricing and dispatch product functionality
Report operational and financial results to senior stakeholders on a weekly and monthly cadence
Requirements:
3 years experience in management consulting, data analytics, banking, strategy, or another highly analytical role
Strong data-driven decision making and business acumen, with advanced proficiency in Excel
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work effectively across multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
Start-up experience a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A go-getter attitude
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as SQL or Tableau preferred
