We are seeking a performance-oriented professional responsible for increasing organic visibility and traffic to brand listings on eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and others. The role involves deep expertise in marketplace SEO, content optimization, and conversion improvement, ensuring that brand products rank higher and attract qualified shoppers without paid advertising.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement SEO strategies for marketplace platforms to boost organic visibility and keyword rankings
Conduct keyword research using marketplace tools to identify high-volume and high-conversion search terms
Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords for better ranking and click-through rates
Ensure product pages have high-quality, keyword-rich content, accurate attributes, and enhanced A+ / rich content for better engagement
Work with design and content teams to improve images, infographics, and comparison charts that drive organic conversions
Maintain brand tone and consistency across listings and categories
Track category trends, algorithm changes, and competitor ranking movements to identify optimization opportunities
Benchmark keyword performance and content effectiveness against competitors
Identify gaps in catalog or assortment that impact organic visibility
Improve organic ranking signals by increasing product reviews, ratings, and engagement metrics through ethical and platform-compliant methods
Collaborate with customer success and operations teams to enhance fulfillment, delivery speed, and return metrics, which impact ranking algorithms
Track and report weekly metrics including organic traffic, keyword positions, and conversion rates
Analyze performance by SKU, category, and platform to drive continuous improvement
Share actionable insights with brand, content, and merchandising teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in eCommerce SEO, marketplace management, or content optimization
Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa ranking algorithms and search behavior
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace analytics dashboards
Experience with SEO or marketplace tools (Helium10, DataHawk, SellerApp, Scout Etc.) preferred

Experience managing large catalogs across multiple marketplaces
