Job Description

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Intern to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain experience in operational support within marketplace operations, offering a hands-on learning opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide operational support to agents in monitoring the marketplace portfolio by collecting and updating performance and volume data
  • Support the team in tracking the performance of Agents with a focus on their commercial capabilities, conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel, and ancillary revenues
  • Participate in weekly team sessions to help manage mandate distribution to Agents, ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines and utilizing tools like AppSales integrations
  • Assist in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketplace portfolio inventory, collaborating with the Data team and Operation Manager to support sales forecasting efforts
  • Work closely with different teams, such as Seller/Buyer Success to support the fine-tuning of the operational model
  • Participate in recurring team meetings, contributing to discussions and helping the team achieve expected performance levels
  • Assist Operation Manager in reviewing and analyzing team performance and process KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Handle administrative tasks related to internal operational processes and documentation
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to help implement processes that align with the desired customer experience
  • Organizing training sessions and onboarding for Agents to ensure commercial and financial efficiency
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials to support the dismissal of real estate assets, contributing to the development of effective visual and written content aimed at enhancing and promoting the properties

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Operations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (data organization, basic formulas, reporting)
  • Comfortable handling data, KPIs, and operational reports
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage recurring tasks and deadlines
  • Team player with a collaborative and structured working style
  • Quick learner, comfortable using new tools and internal systems
