Job Description:

The Marketplace & eCommerce Operations Manager oversees operational excellence across online marketplaces (Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, etc.) and, as needed, for the Sandisk online store. This role ensures smooth execution of catalog management, inventory management, order fulfillment, compliance, and customer experience across all digital sales channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Marketplace Setup & Maintenance: Manage product uploads, pricing updates, and catalog accuracy
  • Monitor forward and reverse logistics and resolve operational issues promptly to adhere to marketplace policies and meet customer expectations
  • Support customer case management and submit disputes when needed to marketplace platforms
  • Inventory & Fulfillment: Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations
  • Coordinate with operations team for timely replenishment and fulfillment compliance
  • Monitor backlog reports and troubleshoot issues preventing order processing
  • Assist with product pricing updates and monitor pricing feed jobs
  • Performance Monitoring: Track operational KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, return rates)
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting customer experience or marketplace ratings
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service-level agreements
  • Ensure adherence to marketplace guidelines and brand protection measures
  • Monitor unauthorized sellers and initiate corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3+ years in eCommerce operations or marketplace/DTC management
  • Strong understanding of fulfillment processes, inventory management, and compliance
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud & SAP ERP) and marketplace tools (e.g., Feedonomics)
  • Proficiency in operational analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with OMS/WMS systems and ERP integrations
  • Experience managing multi-channel inventory and order flows
