Job Description

We are seeking a Marketplace Coordinator to support the Jordan Kid’s & Core business by helping connect product creation through go-to-market execution. This role sits at the center of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seasonal commercial strategies are clearly developed, aligned, and executed across global and geo partners. You will play a key role in coordinating seasonal marketplace moments, supporting sales enablement tools, and translating marketplace insights into actionable strategies that support business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development and execution of seasonal go-to-market plans for Jordan Kid’s & Core
  • Build and maintain sales tools that support sell-in confidence across channels and strategic partners
  • Leverage marketplace, product, and competitive insights to inform seasonal storytelling and commercial strategies
  • Coordinate key marketplace-driven moments (CODE moments) with cross-functional teams and ensure follow-through on deliverables
  • Gather and synthesize geo feedback to help inform merchandising, assortment, and marketing decisions
  • Ensure alignment across global and geo teams through clear communication, tracking, and execution support
  • Partner closely with merchandising, marketing, sales, and marketplace stakeholders to ensure seasonal readiness

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketplace, or related commercial roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Experience working in sales or commercially driven environments
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership of work
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

Nice to have

  • Prior experience within a large global consumer brand environment
  • Strong understanding of sport, youth culture, and marketplace dynamics
  • Former athlete or strong connection to sport culture is a plus
