Job Description:

Coralogix is seeking a System Administrator, Revenue Operations with a strong focus on Adobe Marketo to join our Sales Operations team. This role is responsible for the administration, stability, and optimization of core GTM systems, with an emphasis on Marketo Engage, Marketo Measure (Bizible), Salesforce, and their integrations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer and maintain Adobe Marketo Engage and Marketo Measure (Bizible), including programs, campaigns, tokens, smart lists, and operational workflows
  • Manage and optimize the Marketo–Salesforce integration, including field mappings, sync behavior, lead lifecycle, and data hygiene
  • Troubleshoot Marketo performance, sync errors, and data inconsistencies
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to support campaign execution, attribution, and reporting needs
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across Salesforce and integrated GTM platforms
  • Conduct data audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and enforce operational best practices
  • Support Salesforce objects, fields, automation, and reporting as it relates to GTM workflows
  • Collaborate on integrations and process automation initiatives across the GTM stack
  • Administer and support GTM tools such as Gong, CLM/CPQ, and related integrations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM systems administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo in a Salesforce-based environment
  • Solid working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud preferred), including data structure and reporting
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in an interrupt-driven environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have:
