The Marketing & Workforce Development Specialist will support brand growth and talent pipeline initiatives through a mix of marketing strategy, event coordination, and community engagement. This individual will play a key role in building relationships, enhancing visibility, and supporting early-stage recruiting efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and execute recruiting events including career fairs, networking events, and campus outreach
Develop partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations
Support candidate engagement efforts and maintain communication with prospective talent
Assist in identifying hiring needs and developing outreach strategies
Create and implement marketing campaigns to support business growth and brand awareness
Manage website updates and oversee social media presence
Design and produce marketing materials and promotional content
Coordinate project-related photography and branding initiatives
Provide light administrative/front office support as needed
Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in marketing, with some exposure to recruiting or workforce engagement
Experience planning events or managing community outreach initiatives
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with a creative and proactive mindset
Nice to have:
Experience in construction, engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or similar design tools
