Job Description:

The Marketing & Workforce Development Specialist will support brand growth and talent pipeline initiatives through a mix of marketing strategy, event coordination, and community engagement. This individual will play a key role in building relationships, enhancing visibility, and supporting early-stage recruiting efforts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and execute recruiting events including career fairs, networking events, and campus outreach
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations
  • Support candidate engagement efforts and maintain communication with prospective talent
  • Assist in identifying hiring needs and developing outreach strategies
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to support business growth and brand awareness
  • Manage website updates and oversee social media presence
  • Design and produce marketing materials and promotional content
  • Coordinate project-related photography and branding initiatives
  • Provide light administrative/front office support as needed
  • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, with some exposure to recruiting or workforce engagement
  • Experience planning events or managing community outreach initiatives
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a creative and proactive mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or similar design tools
