Job Description:

Our client is a successful organization that has been providing web and technology services for over 30 years to enterprise clients and the SMB market. The role involves customer support, production, and data management tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Assist external clients and internal teams with website navigation, data inquiries, and technical issues
Create documentation, conduct testing, and support team projects
Enter and maintain data until automation or database systems are implemented

Requirements:

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and client-facing abilities
Team player with strong collaboration skills

Nice to have:

Marketing or sales background is a bonus
Recent college grads with relevant experience
