Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Visual Designer with a strong passion for gaming and gaming culture. This role involves creating compelling visuals for digital and printed media, websites, and events. The designer will help shape and maintain GlobalStep’s visual identity through graphics, layouts, and motion content that effectively communicate our brand to the gaming community. Our ideal candidate is comfortable taking creative initiative, proposing ideas, and solving technical problems independently while supporting the team’s goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design marketing assets such as banners, presentations, event visuals, and social media graphics
  • Develop visual elements for websites and landing pages, including icons, illustrations, and infographics
  • Edit and produce videos, hype reels, and portfolio showcases that highlight Global Step’s creative work
  • Establish, design, and maintain branding best practices to ensure a consistent visual identity across all channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align visuals with brand and campaign goals
  • Manage and organize creative assets efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, marketing visuals, or multimedia (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma or similar collaborative design tools
  • Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and layout
  • Experience creating assets for digital, web, and print platforms
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for gaming, interactive media, and creative storytelling
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is required

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
