Provide support to BD Peripheral Intervention Design Team; supporting the company’s strategic sales and marketing plans. Design Project Management – vital hub for our Design Services Team; responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating the completion of Graphic projects while ensuring timeline and budgets are within scope; makes sure that all work will be completed on time.
Job Responsibility:
Work proactively to meet project timelines
Move design jobs through the system to completion, including gaining cross-functional alignment and resolving issues
Review ticket requests for error and accuracy. Follow-up where needed
Provide timelines, track all creative projects, and provide status and milestone reports to internal partners
Holds project update and status meetings with creative and/or cross functional teams when needed
Follows up with internal and external partners to address challenges and identify/remove roadblocks
Maintains job files. Uploads, downloads, and disseminates files
Closes out jobs
Works with Sr Graphic designers to assign/distribute projects
Vendor management. Print, video, supply, etc
Tracks project budgets and reports on monthly status. Provide cost comparisons and rationale when recommending for external creative resources
Works to ensure fulfillment orders are labeled accurately, PO’s have been closed out and sent to fulfillment house
Helps develop processes and updates digital tool to deliver effective, efficient, and user-friendly workflows. Troubleshooting and implementation of best practices
Review and edit all job copy for spelling, grammar, AP style and branding
Review all job creative to ensure it follows branding guideline standards
Handle digital assets on BD.com server or Media Beacon/File Server
Ensure all completed assets are organized in our DAM and Inquiry platforms
Send requested images
Download and upload files
Verify asset for approvals
Routine maintenance of assets for verification
Asset tagging
Verify materials for upload are approved and meet compliance
Resizing images
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration or equivalent experience - 1-2 years of experience in an agency or similar fast paced environment
2-5 years of project coordination experience or equivalent
Strong attention to details and high level of professionalism
Good judgment and maturity with a strong work ethic
Must be willing to travel and work on weekends as needed
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams
Proficient using Microsoft Office, MS Teams, OneDrive, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong project management, organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a matrixed organization to collaborate and gain alignment
Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to work as a strong team contributor
Proven decision-making and prioritization skills are essential to make sure everything runs smoothly
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high quality deliverables, possessing excellent organizational skills
Strong critical thinking, and logistical planning skills, ability to interpret and synthesize large amounts of data from multiple sources
Experience building (non-programming) and executing and managing various content management system and digital and literature asset management systems
