Our client is a leading company in the educational tech industry seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Technology Specialist. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, data and technology—owning the MarTech landscape (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and enabling integrated, privacy-aware data flows that make campaigns smarter, insights clearer and customer journeys more personal. You’ll be part of the Marketing & Communication team, partnering daily with marketers, data specialists and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions and robust integrations (e.g., CRM, CMS, email, websites and learning platforms). Job Responsibility:
Manage and optimise the marketing technology landscape (CRM, Marketing Cloud/automation, analytics, tagging, consent)
Translate marketing requirements into scalable workflows, data models and integrations that improve targeting and measurement
Collaborate with marketing, data and IT teams to integrate systems (e.g., Salesforce, Contentful, email tools, websites and learning platforms)
Safeguard data quality, audience segmentation and reporting across channels
maintain clear documentation and governance
Implement tracking & analytics (e.g., GTM, event schemas) and deliver actionable dashboards for campaign and journey optimisation
Monitor MarTech trends
pilot new tools and propose innovations that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Support personalisation initiatives and experimentation (A/B testing) across key journeys
Requirements:
Ambition to further develop your career in MarTech within the EdTech/education domain
3+ years of experience in a MarTech or digital marketing function
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communication or Business—or equivalent experience
Hands-on with tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Contentful, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, FormAssembly, and Monday (or similar)
Understanding of data flows and APIs
experience with data integrations between platforms
Ability to collaborate with both marketers and developers/IT—clear, audience-appropriate communication
Analytical mindset and a practical, hands-on approach
comfortable balancing speed with quality
Nice to have:
Affinity with the education sector is a plus
