Job Description

The Marketing Technology Manager leads the Data-Driven Experience team marketing technology and database operations. The focus is on execution of marketing automation, customer insights, and measurement initiatives. The role is central to integrating and optimizing digital data sources, supporting both business and consumer marketing efforts.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the development, integration, and daily operations of marketing databases and technology platforms
  • Lead a large team and external agencies in designing and maintaining customer data systems
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
  • Document processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of new marketing technologies and data sources
  • Prepare and present technical and data summary reports for leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, Math, or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience with data warehouses, database operations, and IT methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Nice to have

Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred
