Job Description

Intimate Rose is a leader in pelvic health, trusted by clinicians and customers for high-quality, medically safe wellness products. From therapeutic devices to specialized care tools, we support individuals facing sensitive health concerns such as physical discomfort, hormonal changes, and postpartum recovery. After building a globally recognized e-commerce presence, we continue to grow our impact in women’s health through products, education, and care that help customers feel supported, confident, and understood. We are a lean, mission-driven team that moves quickly, values thoughtful execution, and cares deeply about the quality of our work. If you are passionate about meaningful impact in health and wellness, and you know how to lead a marketing team toward better output, clearer priorities, and measurable business results, you will thrive here. About the Role: We’re hiring a motivated Marketing Team Lead to lead and manage our current marketing team, raise the standard of execution, and help turn ideas into revenue-driving initiatives. This role is not just about having good marketing ideas. It is about knowing which ideas matter, which ones are distractions, and how to help a team move from concept to execution in a focused and organized way. You will be responsible for understanding where the marketing team is today, identifying what is blocking progress, setting clear expectations, and making sure the team is focused on the highest-value work. You should be able to evaluate a marketing pipeline from creative concept to creative execution, landing page concept, landing page execution, ad creation, ad metrics, and performance analysis.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the current marketing team
  • Understand each person’s role, responsibilities, strengths, and blockers
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to high standards
  • Improve the creative, ad, and landing page execution pipeline
  • Help the team move from creative concept to execution more smoothly and consistently
  • Identify when team members are chasing low-value work or getting lost in unnecessary details
  • Cut through noise and keep the team focused on high-impact priorities
  • Question assumptions and push for stronger logic behind marketing decisions
  • Evaluate marketing ideas based on likely impact, scale, and business value
  • Use performance metrics to understand what is working and where the team should focus
  • Help increase revenue and profitability through better marketing execution
  • Unblock team members and make sure work keeps moving forward
  • Coach and level up the team’s thinking, decision-making, and execution quality
  • Bring judgment from previous marketing successes and failures
  • Know when to zoom into the details and when to zoom out to the bigger picture
  • Create a stronger operating rhythm for the marketing team

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of marketing experience, with meaningful experience managing marketing teams
  • Proven experience leading marketers, creatives, media buyers, or marketing operators toward stronger execution and measurable outcomes
  • Experience in women’s health, women’s supplements, wellness, e-commerce, or DTC consumer brands is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of creative, paid ads, landing pages, funnels, and performance metrics
  • Ability to manage a marketing workflow from creative concept through execution, launch, analysis, and iteration
  • Clear judgment around what deserves attention, what creates business impact, and what is a low-value distraction
  • Strong ability to hold people accountable without being overly harsh or overly passive
  • Comfortable calling out weak logic, lack of detail, unclear thinking, or work that does not meet the standard
  • Ability to understand numbers, put numbers to assumptions, and use metrics as guardrails without losing creative judgment
  • A clear track record of success and the ability to explain why something worked or did not work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to lead with confidence, organization, clarity, and urgency
  • Comfortable managing a team of approximately 5-7 people

What we offer

  • Schedule freedom as long as progress is being made
  • Minimum 4-6 hours of daily overlap with Central US time
  • Opportunity to lead and level up an existing marketing team
  • Opportunity to directly impact revenue, profitability, and marketing execution quality
  • Potential path toward CMO over time
  • 401k and insurance available for US-based employees
  • Work closely with the founder and leadership team
