This is a systems-first, hands-on role responsible for transforming our CRM and marketing automation ecosystem into a clean, scalable, revenue-driving engine. This is not a brand marketing or campaign execution role. This is a technical marketing systems leadership position focused on structure, integrity, and long-term scalability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Redesign lifecycle stages for clarity and reporting integrity
  • Implement clean segmentation logic
  • Establish naming conventions and governance standards
  • Restrict permissions and prevent ad hoc workflow creation
  • Document system architecture and operational processes
  • Build structured lifecycle segments (Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Customer)
  • Develop dynamic segmentation frameworks based on intent and readiness
  • Design and optimize automated nurture journeys
  • Align marketing automation with sales handoff rules
  • Eliminate unnecessary broadcast email volume
  • Ensure all workflows are tied to measurable revenue movement
  • Align outbound outreach (ASIN review videos and follow-ups) with automation logic
  • Prevent overlapping or contradictory messaging
  • Ensure intent signals trigger correct actions
  • Maintain clean routing and lifecycle transitions
  • Connect human sales outreach with automation systems
  • Standardize UTM governance
  • Improve multi-touch attribution visibility
  • Align ad reporting with lifecycle progression
  • Improve MQL → SQL → Opportunity tracking
  • Reduce reporting ambiguity for leadership
  • Create segmentation request protocols
  • Establish automation standards
  • Protect system integrity from short-term workarounds
  • Maintain documentation and system clarity
  • Serve as long-term owner of marketing systems governance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Technology
  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience (required)
  • Proven experience cleaning and restructuring complex CRM environments
  • Strong understanding of paid media funnels and conversion tracking
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and segmentation frameworks
  • Experience building or restructuring automation systems
  • Comfortable enforcing governance and setting system standards
  • Experience working with distributed teams (Filipino team experience preferred)
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
What we offer:
  • Permanent work-from-home setup
  • Unlimited FREE access to MAG School courses and SOP Library
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
