Job Responsibility
Own and drive the full marketing strategy for your experiences
develop compelling and scalable marketing plans for exclusive experiences worldwide
launch and optimize high-visibility performance marketing campaigns across social channels
collaborate closely with the growth marketing team to analyze results and improve performance
manage the regional P&L and lead large-scale marketing budgets
leverage advanced data insights to guide strategic decisions
bring strong analytical capabilities with performance metrics and forecasting
work cross-functionally with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content teams
grow and scale your portfolio of experiences
demonstrate strong executive communication skills
Requirements
+8 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to multichannel and paid media strategies
proactive, accountable, and takes full ownership of work with a results-driven mindset
experience managing stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally across teams
communicates effectively in written and verbal formats
English proficiency required
resilient and thrives under pressure
solid understanding of 360 multichannel marketing, including paid social channels
data-driven, comfortable working with performance metrics
foundational knowledge of project management
demonstrates effective leadership
