Job Description

At Deliveroo Belgium, our restaurant marketing team is evolving, and with it, the opportunity for a curious and enthusiastic intern to grow alongside us. We are looking for a flexible, eager-to-learn Marketing Strategy Intern who will play a key role in frontline marketing operations, while being fully immersed in our newly shaped marketing strategy team. This internship is designed for someone who may not yet have a fully defined skillset, but who is excited to understand how a fast-growing business operates, how marketing decisions are made, and how strategy turns into action. We’ll be there to share our knowledge, guide you, and help you develop strong business acumen with real impact from day one.

Job Responsibility

  • Support day-to-day marketing execution, ensuring campaigns are accurately and timely brought to life
  • Manage and push live in-app communications (e.g. banners, messaging)
  • Act as a key operational link between ideas, tools, and execution
  • Work closely with the marketing strategy team on various initiatives as the team’s scope evolves
  • Contribute to campaign reviews, learn how performance is assessed, and understand how insights shape decisions
  • Support preparation of presentations and materials for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Belgium (e.g. business, economics, marketing, or similar)
  • Available for a 6-month internship (with potential extension up to 12 months)
  • Comfortable working in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus, not a must)
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Google Sheets or presentations is helpful.
