Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive growth. You will be responsible for turning market insights into actionable strategies that align with company objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Research market trends, target audiences, and competitors to identify opportunities
Plan and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, SEO, email, and content marketing
Create campaign budgets, timelines, and performance benchmarks
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for better ROI
Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding
Test and implement new marketing tools, platforms, and tactics
Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree from a reputed university in any discipline
Proven track record as a Marketing Strategist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, B2B outreach, and lead generation
Fluent in verbal and written English, with strong communication skills to manage client relationships effectively
Experience with LinkedIn marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and automation tools is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
Quick learner, adaptable, flexible with organizational decisions, and resilient in challenging situations
Passionate about growth and committed to delivering excellence
