We’re looking for a brilliant, passionate Marketing Strategist to help grow and coordinate our portfolio of marketing projects, with a strong strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills, along with a deep understanding of market research, campaign planning, and performance measurement. In this role, you will analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and craft data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing.
Job Responsibility:
Develop marketing strategies and tactics for Transiris clients – both digital (primarily) and traditional
Leverage other marketers, technologists, and creative specialists in implementing solutions and ensuring measurable results for the client
The main skill we are looking for is the ability to devise and optimize go-to-market solutions given concrete, client business situations, and challenges
Assist in the acquisition of new clients by devising high-level solutions and ideas
Coordinate business, technical, and creative team members in developing and deploying go-to-market tactics
Build and grow relationships with clients based on results, innovation, and trust
Continuous development of skills, knowledge, and capabilities
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in a client service role in a marketing agency (online and traditional) and/or working in marketing departments as Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, Campaign Manager
University degree, preferably in business, marketing
Ability to develop strategic marketing plans for a variety of companies and verticals
Familiarity with inbound and outbound digital channels for both B2B and B2C
Understanding of multiple marketing approaches and capability to leverage them in strategies
Familiarity with Customer Journeys, Digital Advertising, Growth marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, UI/UX, Branding, Specialized Content, etc.
